Affinity at Billings

SK Geotechnical performed lab and field QC testing for this four-story retirement housing complex in Billings’ West End.  From subgrade observations, through concrete, compaction, anchors, and shear walls, to final parking lot base and paving, we were able to deliver timely and accurate construction testing with on-site reports and quick turnaround on final reports.  Spanning two construction seasons, the project presented unique scheduling and weather challenges, as well as a myriad of construction detail for each subcontractor.
