2 Million Gallon Water Tank

Internationally recognized contractor DN tanks entrusted SK Geotechnical with the two latest tank additions in Billings.  With their state-of-the-art pre-tensioned concrete composite construction, typically involving at least four different mix designs, DN Tank builds above and below ground water storage tanks that are designed to last through generations.  In the lab, SK Geotechnical provided ASR, shrinkage, density and compression testing.  In the field, we were able to provide real-time test results, including daily strength gain curves, on which DN based minute-to-minute quality decisions.  Special testing also including rebound hammer comparisons and final leak testing of the water tank.
